Hydro-Dyne Engineering, a leading manufacturer of custom-engineered wastewater screening equipment and grit removal equipment, is pleased to announce that Jay Conroy, President, Hydro-Dyne Engineering, was recently recognized by the Tampa Bay Business Journal as an “Up and Comer” and also by the Business Observer who named him to the publication’s prestigious “40 Under 40” list.

The Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Up and Comer award recognizes the next generation of leaders and innovators in the Tampa Bay business community.

Each year, the Business Observer selects 40 individuals under 40 years old from Florida’s Gulf Coast business community. Carefully selected from nominations and original reporting, these individuals represent the best and brightest from Tampa to Naples.
