Overview

Hydro-Dyne has built its reputation on designing and manufacturing exceptional quality products for the water and wastewater industries, driving value for our customer through lower lifecycle costs and superior service. Quality is in our DNA and can be found at every stage of our production process – from design to installation and service. Our modern, 110,000 sq. ft. (10,000 m2) world-class manufacturing facility reflects our commitment to delivering the highest quality products and services to our customers.

All stainless steel fabrication, including T304, T316 and specialty stainless steels, is the backbone of our equipment’s durability and longevity. Our advanced four-stage pickling process provides an elevated level of protection to our stainless steel equipment with some of the largest pickling tanks in the industry. We understand that water and wastewater screening equipment are vitally important to a company’s bottom-line, protecting equipment that must remain online 24/7. That’s why we design, manufacture and test our equipment at the highest standards – giving our customers the peace of mind to know their process is being protected.

We are unique in our industry as one of the only manufacturers that owns our own patents and performs all equipment design, fabrication, assembly and testing in house. We have complete control of our products from start to finish and continuously improve and advance technologies through innovation and product testing. Our highly-skilled production team of welders, machinists, assemblers and others are well trained and put their expertise to work to manufacture your equipment to the highest standards of quality.
